Prices and services are subject to change without notice.

Payment

LIGiclee.com requires setup fee to be paid in advance. Balance of invoice is due prior to shipping.

Limit of Liability

When original artwork (or other original materials) are submitted for scanning and color corrections, LIGiclee.com is going to take best possible care of it. Should the original material incur accidental damages due to the fragile state or act of god, LIGiclee.com is not responsible for it. It is Client's sole responsibility to insure the original artwork and other materials. In each individual case depending on the circumstances LIGiclee.com may offer a certain amount of prints towards compensating the client's loses.

Submitting any other original material, like disk, print, photo, transparency, to LIGiclee.com for scanning, reproduction and printing constitutes an agreement by you that any damages or loss by our company will only entitle you to a replacement with an equivalent material, print or product.

Copyright

It is illegal to reproduce copyrighted materials without written permission from the copyright holder. All copyright ownership and reproduction rights issues have to be resolved between the client and other involved parties (Artists, other Publishers) before any artworks, digital files or other materials submitted to LIGiclee.com.

LIGiclee.com shall not use the clients’s digital images and derived prints for any other purpose without the expressed consent of the client. By submitting any materials the purchaser/client agrees to be fully responsible for all costs, expenses, attorneys fees or judgments resulting in any claim or lawsuit against LIGiclee.com at the request of the Copyright holder.

Satisfaction Guaranteed

When working with clients we strive for perfection. Our staff will do it's best to deliver 100% satisfactory results. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will resolve your situation on an individual basis. Some times we will redo the work, while other times we will refund your payment in exchange for the unsatisfactory prints.

Archival Technology

LIGiclee.com is not a manufacturer of archival inks, canvases and paper. While advertising and promoting our archival printing technology we can only claim that the prints we produce will last as long as the manufacturer claims. We use Epson Archival inks, rated to last over 200 years, & Ultra Chrome inks, rated to last 100 years under normal lighting conditions. Check out Epson official website for more information on these inks: www.epson.com. We can provide manufacturer's information about archival qualities of canvases and paper upon request.

Client Area Use

All the personal information you enter while creating your account is protected at all times and under no circumstances is it sold, rented, traded, or given to any third parties whatsoever.

This information is only used when we are processing your order. Login information might be used while helping you to learn how to use your Client Area, updating your image inventory, managing your website, testing new features.

We reserve a right to monitor submitted images & texts and reject clients conducting unauthorized activity and posting offensive content.

Accidental Loss of Content

We take best possible care of all the entered data conducting regular backups. Nevertheless LIGiclee.com urges all clients to backup all materials submitted to Client Area onto their own home computers and CDs if necessary. A Client submits any digital content to us at his own risk. LIGiclee.com is not responsible for any loss or damage to client's content or image or any damage to the client's computer system or loss of data that may result in the download or upload of any material.

Inactive and/or Empty Account

LIGiclee.com reserves the right to delete an account if it has been inactive for more than 60 days and is virtually empty: 1) contains no order archive, 2) contains no image files, 3)contains very few images that have never been used in printing orders and/or websites driven from Client Area database. A warning email might be sent to the address used when the account was set up.

LIGiclee.com may terminate or modify the Client Area service for any reason, without notice at any time.
